about us

We are not lawyers.

We are not improvisers either.

We are a team with real experience, who understand what it means to migrate
with fear, lack of information, and limited resources.

Viapro was born to bring clarity where there is confusion, and truth where empty promises abound.
We believe that migration should not be a privilege, but rather an accessible and conscious possibility.

That’s why we’re dedicated to providing documentary and educational support for immigration processes, with a clear and humane approach: helping you better understand your journey, without abuse, fine print, or inflated prices.

Our Values

Immigration Justice

Because everyone deserves a chance,
not just those who can afford to pay thousands.

Clarity

Because the migrant’s worst
enemy is misinformation.

True

Because migrating without knowing

the truth can cost you your future.

About Paulina

Founder

My name is Paulina. I was born in La Calera, Chile. I have a degree in industrial management and a degree in chemistry, trained at two of the most prestigious universities in my country. My true school, however, has been life: starting businesses, falling, reinventing myself, learning through hardships, and getting back on track.
I’m a mother of three, a wife, and an entrepreneur. I’ve been creating real projects for over 10 years, facing economic and personal crises. I was scammed by people I trusted the most, hit rock bottom, and still got back up.
Today I live in the United States, and I know how difficult it can be to navigate an immigration system filled with obstacles and uncertainty. That’s why I created this project: not to sell hope, but to support those who decide to self-manage their immigration procedures, clearly explaining the steps, rules, and information.
This team is made up of professionals with experience in immigration processes and documentation, people who have also been “on the other side” and understand what it means to start from scratch. We are not lawyers, and we don’t promise results: we provide you with clarity, tools, and support so you can navigate your process yourself.
I don’t sell smoke. I show you the possible paths, with their challenges and realities, and if something doesn’t apply to you, I’ll also tell you honestly. Because the truth, even if it hurts, is more empowering than an empty promise.

About Paulina

Founder of LatamUs

My name is Paulina. I was born in La Calera, Chile, and I have a degree in industrial management and a degree in chemistry. I studied at two of the most prestigious universities in my country. My education is solid, but what really taught me how to navigate life wasn’t just university, but the day-to-day work: building businesses, falling, reinventing myself, learning the hard way, and moving on.

I’m a mother of three, a wife, and yes, an entrepreneur. But not the kind who posts nice quotes without having lived through the hardships. I’ve spent more than 10 years creating real businesses, paying salaries, and facing economic and personal crises. I was scammed by those I trusted most, hit rock bottom, and still got back up.

Today I live in the United States, facing an immigration system that isn’t designed for people like us. That’s why I created this project. Not to sell you the “American Dream,” but to help you build a grounded life, with clear rules and informed decisions.

This great team is made up of professionals with extensive experience in US immigration, who come from leading law firms that for years were overworked but underpaid. People who don’t look at you from a marble office, but rather roll up their sleeves with you. This project was born to accompany you as you immigrate, start a business, and understand how this country works… without being seen in the face.

I don’t sell smoke. I give you real tools, I show you possible paths, and if I see that there isn’t a clear path with what you have today, I also explain it to you honestly. Because the truth, even if it hurts, is more empowering than a sold-out illusion.
